  • Since our products are custom-made, returns and replacements are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with any applicable shipping costs.
  • Requests for a return or replacement must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for covering all shipping and handling fees associated with returns or replacements.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with packaging and attached tags. It should appear unused and as new.
  • Only items with verified manufacturing defects qualify for return or replacement.
  • If an error is made on our part, we will also reimburse the shipping and delivery fees.
  • You must provide photos of the defect before we can approve a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable Items

The following items do not qualify for return or replacement:
